Against the Grain (ATG) is a Vermont based gluten and grain-free bread company. For 15 years, all products have been made in ATG’s dedicated commercial bakery in Brattleboro, Vermont. Our company is committed to the local community from sourcing local ingredients to employing a local team of 90+ people. ATG’s products are gluten-free, grain-free, all natural, non-GMO, and made with simple ingredients everyone can understand. We offer consumers a range of products including 10 and 12-inch pizzas, baguettes, rolls, and bagels in a range of flavors.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are searching for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to help us achieve our sales goals, coordinate sales operations, and keep solid customer connections. This individual will work across different cross-functional departments and have direct engagement with both customers and distributors. This position will report to the Director of Sales, and is responsible for guaranteeing order fulfillment, collaborating with other departments, and boosting customers' satisfaction.
